If you haven't read any of his stuff, I would recommend starting with some of his short stories:

1. Good Old Neon - his best & most concise work in my opinion

2. Signifying Nothing - I just think this one is funny

3. This is Water - for a commencement speech he gave; people tend to mention this one

Or just read Infinite Jest, his magnum opus, which this website is pretty much all about.
